At Temple Glow Collections, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged products received, Incorrect items received, Manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. An unboxing video (without cuts) and clear photos of the product are mandatory for verification. Products returned without proper proof will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used products, Products damaged after use, Products without original packaging, Earrings and certain personal-use jewellery items (due to hygiene reasons), Sale or discounted items.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive confirmation via email or message once approved.

Exchange Policy

We may offer a replacement or exchange only in cases where:

The wrong item was delivered, The product arrived damaged, A manufacturing defect is confirmed

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of shipping charges and taxes. There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) available.

Order number, original video and clear photos of the product, Reason for return. Once the video is reviewed, company will be initiating the return.
